MEET AJ HALGRYN
You're not dealing with a call centre - you're dealing
with an investor.
I've spent around two decades involved in property.
Over that time, I've bought, sold, refurbished and invested in residential property — and learned that finding a property is only one part of building a successful investment.
The real skill is understanding why you're buying it, how the numbers work and what it can contribute to your wider portfolio.

My approach
I don't source properties, I source investments.
There's a big difference.
Anyone can send you a list of properties.
What matters is understanding whether an opportunity actually fits your strategy.
That's why I start with the investor rather than the property.
I want to understand what you're trying to achieve, how much capital you're prepared to invest and what role the next property needs to play within your portfolio.
Then I look for opportunities that fit.
What I believe
Buy well.
The purchase price matters.
Understand the numbers.
A good looking property isn't necessarily a good investment.
Create value.
Look for opportunities where something can be improved, changed or repositioned.
Think long term.
Property is rarely about the next few months. It's the bigger picture that matters.
Build strategically.
Every acquisition should have a purpose within a wider portfolio.
Who I work with
I primarily work with investors who already understand property — or who have the capital and ambition to start building a serious portfolio.
That includes:
Private Investors
People looking to put their capital to work in property.
Portfolio Investors
Investors looking for their next acquisition and wanting opportunities that fit their existing strategy.
First-time Investors
People who have capital available but want a structured, numbers-led approach to entering the property market.
Why work with me?
Because I approach property from an investor's perspective. I am an investor myself.

I'm not trying to sell you a property.

I'm trying to establish whether the investment makes sense.

If it doesn't, I'll say so.

If it does, we'll look at why.
The objective isn't to own more property.
It's to own the right property.
LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR INVESTMENT GOALS.
